All Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days upon payment verification (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed during sales & holidays time may experience minor delays, we’ll do our best to process promptly. To facilitate timely Carrier pick up, when orders are confirmed before 10am PST, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), our team will proceed with processing the same day. With orders confirmed after 10am PST, the processing with proceed the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking number.
We offer shipping within the U.S. and the following are available shipping options:
- FedEx Ground® Home Delivery (1-5 business days; 3-7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii)
- FedEx Express Saver® (3 business days)
- FedEx 2Day® (2 business days)
Please note, our carrier partners do not ship to P.O. Boxes, to avoid any delay please always provide the address where they can deliver the packages to you without any service disruption.

However, we cannot account and be responsible for unforeseen conditions such as severe weathers, service interruptions, and simply unpredictable events. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance as our carrier partners are not responsible for items once delivered.
