Returns
We want you to be happy with your Dear John Denim purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 28 days of purchase. Here’s how:
- Return Window: You have 28 days from the purchase date to return your items. After this time, we cannot offer a refund, store credit, or exchange.
- Eligible Returns: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Orders of 10 or more items will incur a 15% restocking fee.
- Non-Refundable Shipping: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item.
- Final Sale Items: Items purchased at 25% off or more, as well as all Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales, are final and not eligible for returns.
- Refund Process: After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you within 2 business days regarding approval. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Start your return by completing the Return Center form. Upon approval, your return label will be sent within 24-72 hours.

Exchanges
If your item is defective or damaged, we are happy to exchange it for you. Here’s how:
- Contact us at customerservice@dearjohndenim.com to request an exchange or fill out the Return Center form.
- Exchange for Lesser Value: If your exchange is for an item of lesser value, store credit will be issued for the difference.
- All exchanges must be made within 28 days of the original purchase date.
