Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, store credit, or an exchange.
Orders rejected at delivery will only be refunded for cost of merchandise and any tax paid. Shipping cost are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unwashed. Otherwise, all unapproved return items will not be accepted and you need to provide a return label to ship back to you.
The approved returning item, must accompany by its original packaging and be in the same condition that you received it or a 15% restocking fee will incur. For all approved returns, a $8.95 shipping fee will be applied unless returning for an exchange due to defective or damage with prior approval. Please complete the return center form for all return/exchange for processing. Upon completion & approval of Return Center, the return label will schedule to email out between 24-72 hours.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or order number.
Dear John will also send you a return center form where you can attach photos of the products, and include your purchase information.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery.
Note** The partial refund decisions are made completely based on the situation.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within 2 business days to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Inspection and processing times take 2 business days(excluding holidays & weekends).
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive your return number. Or fill out this form:

Unfortunately, all returns must be returned in full including all items in that purchase order for us to be able to credit the payment. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, we will not be able to accept the item as a return, but will allow an exchange of another size of the same product to take place as long as it is done within 28 days of the original purchase date.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
